The Small Business Guides are a key resource designed to help customers build confidence using Xero for essential day-to-day tasks. To support the launch of each guide, I created over 20 short promotional trailers that introduced the topic and encouraged users to dive in.
Working closely with stakeholders, I handled the full production process from early animatic and concept development through to the final animation, sound effects, and music. Each trailer was designed to be clear, friendly, and easy to follow, giving customers a quick preview of what they could learn inside the guide.
